Two Hearted Ale Massive additions of Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest during the boil and fermentation provides grapefruit and pine resin aromas that are balanced by malts and fruit notes from the signature house yeast. Bell's 7% American IPA

Barrel Aged Stout The first sip was sweet bourbon flavor with notes of roasted vanilla. The sweetness carried through to the end, giving way to roasted maltiness and the dryness of the bourbon in the finish. Central Waters 9.5% American Stout
Barrel Aged Barley Wine An American Barleywine Ale aged in used oak Bourbon barrels, this beer develops rich flavors that deepen over time. Central Waters 11.2% American Barleywine

Sweet Child Of Vine Generous quantities of CTZ and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth. Fulton 6.4% American IPA

Hot Box This collaboration between Indeed and Northbound Smokehouse was brewed with hickory smoked peppers and malt cold smoked over alder, maple and apple woods. Sweet and smoky, with hints of dark fruit and coffee. Indeed 9% Imperial Smoked Porter

Myrcenary Named for myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, this DIPA is brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest level of myrcene that prevails with tropical notes with light fruits and floral. Odell 9.3% Double India Pale Ale
90 Shilling Irresistibly smooth and delicious medium-bodied amber ale. The name comes from the Scottish method of taxing the highest quality beers 90 schillings. Some caramel and dark fruit with bitter and bready notes. Odell 5.3% Scottish Style Ale
Uber Alt Our Alt is a much stronger version of the traditional Dusseldorf Altbiers. We use plenty of European hops and German pilsner malts to brew a remarkably clean beer. We then rest it in the cooler for two months to achieve the mellow finish. Rush River 8.5 Altbier
Double Bubble Light in color, the hops do the talking in this full-bodied ale. Double the hops, and added three pounds of local honey per keg. Extremely smooth and slightly sweeter than the original, a little bit goes a long way. Rush River 9.0 American Double / Imperial IPA
