Batch 300 It's an IPA built on a base of Weyermann Pilsner malt and heavily hopped from start to finish with Mosaic, one of our favorite -- and unfortunately nearly impossible to find -- hop varieties. Fulton 7.0% American IPA
Sweet Child Of Vine Generous quantities of CTZ and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth. Fulton 6.4% American IPA
West Coast IPA A menagerie of hops is layered throughout the brewing process: Simcoe for unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes and Cascade for floral aroma. Green Flash 7.3% American IPA

Cigar City Collaboration Belgian yest tangos with Anaheim and Marah peppers along with loads of citrusy hops to create an ale full of spice. Aged on Spanish Cedar to salute a mutual love for wood! New Belgium 8.5% Chile Beer
Eric's Ale Having worked closely with our flagship wood cellar sour beer La Folie, Eric decided to play around with oak barrels. The result is a very drinkable sour beer hybrid with subtle peach tones and a warm, spicy finish. The aroma has pleasant hints of vanilla New Belgium 7.0% Sour
Paardebloem Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian style ale blossomed from the brewer collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. This is a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of wood aged beer. New Belgium 9% Belgian

Three Eyed Raven Three-Eyed Raven harbors a deep dark brown, almost jet-black color with a light tan head. Yeast forward aromas are packed with peppery phenolics and fruity esters. Despite what you might expect from a dark hued beer, the flavor brings to mind a traditiona Ommegang 7.2% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Hennipen This style is a farmhouse ale, and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons. Hennepin is a delicious brew for all seasons, it is spicy and refreshing. A moderately hoppy, farmhouse-style ale with a champagne-like effervescence, Hennepin Ommegang 7.7% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Three Philosephers Three Philosophers is a unique blend of a Belgian-style dark ale and Liefmans Kriek, an authentic cherry ale from Belgium. Ruinten Stone RuinTen Triple IPA uses the same recklessly hoppy recipe as the 2012 release; only the name has been changed to include “Triple,” which helps describe the over-the-top hop profile and elevated alcohol by volume.
