Hop Stoopid We went toward the flavor and aromas in this beer and used hop extract for our bittering addition to keep the beer huge on the flavor, letting the malt keep up with the bitterness to make you want another. And another. Then you get stoopid. Lagunitas 8.0% Imperial IPA
Batch 300 It’s an IPA built on a base of Weyermann Pilsner malt and heavily hopped from start to finish with Mosaic, one of our favorite — and unfortunately nearly impossible to find — hop varieties. Fulton 7.0% American IPA
Lonely Blonde The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of German noble hops, and slips a touch of white wheat between American pale and crystal malts for a smooth, sensuous body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Fulton 4.8% Blonde Ale
Alaskan White Soft, slightly sweet base with the unique spice aroma of coriander and crisp, citrus finish of orange peel. A light, effervescent body combined with the smooth palate creates enjoyable complexity for all the seasons. Alaskan 5.3% Witbier
Ripple This fresh, German inspired ale is golden in color with a cracker-like malt profile. Couple that with the perfect balance of floral/spicy German hops from St. Cloud’s sister city Spalt, Germany. Beaver Island 4.8% German Style Ale
Fabulous Armadillo  Made with experimental Armadillo hops. This session IPA has a wonderful hop aroma yet remains refreshing and light. A late addition of Armadillo hops contribute tangerine and clementine flavors. Beaver Island 4.7% Session IPA
’39 Red Artfully blended British and Belgium malts contribute a slight roast/dark fruit canvas for broad sweeps of Pacific Northwest hops that give a firm bitterness and a citrus dominated flavor and nose. Beaver Island 6.9% American IPA
Two Hearted Ale Massive additions of Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest during the boil and fermentation provides grapefruit and pine resin aromas that are balanced by malts and fruit notes from the signature house yeast. Bell’s 7% American IPA
Best Brown Ale With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops. Bell’s 5.8% Brown Ale
Barrel Aged Hell Hath No Fury Brewed with Belgian abbey-style yeast, Hell Hath No Fury … Ale is more akin to a roasty stout, offering warm, roasted notes of coffee & dark chocolate with fruity and clove-like aromas. Bell’s 7.7% Belgian Dark Ale

Bells TC 355 Stout 355 stout is brewed with coffee that is aged in Traverse City Whiskey Co. first use barrels. The coffee that was used as an addition to this beer is from Water Street Coffee Joint. Vanilla beans were added to each cask. Bell’s 9.1% Imperial Stout
Old No. 56 Named after the fire truck the city of Lucan bought in 1956, this crisp light lager is for hot days, cold days, and every day in between. Brau Brothers 4.2 American Lager

Myrcenary Named for myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, this DIPA is brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest level of myrcene that prevails with tropical notes with light fruits and floral. Odell 9.3% Double India Pale Ale
Valve Jockey #3  Brewed with primarily English malts and yeast, you can expect a nuanced dried fruit/breadiness with a solid supporting a surprising citrus hop presence from the use of citra and cascade hops. Bent Paddle 7.1% Session Barleywine

Jolly Russian Russian Imperial Stout stowed away in Rum Barrels for aging. Dark as night and thick as the raging sea, this brew boasts notes of coffee and cocoa with waves of oak, spiced molasses, dried fruit and vanilla from the planks. Odell 13.3% Russian Imperial Stout
Rupture By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character. Odell 6.0% Grind Ale
The Meddler  Barrel aged and blended. Wild yeasts and Lactobacillus meddle with the brew for over 18 months creating complexity and depth of flavor. Hints of malty sweet chocolate and vanilla toy with a hauntingly sour finish. Intricate  yet balanced. Odell 8.6% Sour Old Bruin Ale
Dark Theory   Black cherries swirl in an abyss of wild fermented imperial porter. Belgian yeast strains illuminate a galaxy of plum an cranberry flavors atop layers of tart cherry and sweet bread. Roasted malts add notes of coffee, chocolate. Odell 7.5% Sour Oaked Ale
Mango Minion  The Minion is aggressively hopped with 100% Mosaic in both the kettle and conditioning tank. A large dose of Mosaic creates a nice apricot/mango finish against a soft malted caramel backbone. Rush River 7.0% IPA
Strawberry Shandy We combined strawberries with our signature Honeycrisp apples and lemonade to form a strawberry, apple-y, lemony, deliciously awesome… thingy. Enjoy Loon Juice 5.5% Hard Cider
Robust Porter is beer is made of the highest quality English ingredients, Showcasing Marris Otter malt and Progressive hops. With  flavors and aromas of chocolate, caramel and coffee, our Robust Porter is sneaky smooth. Starry Eyed  6.0% Porter
14 ESB Our ESB is incredibly well balanced with a slight toasted malt flavor, traditional British hop accents with just a hint of pine and citrus from the unexpected Amarillo/ Ahtanum dry-hop. Bent Paddle  5.6% ESB
 Hazy Daisy This American Wit Beer takes on a tradional Belgian malt bill, accompanied by bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander. Once infused with all that freshness, we ferment with a clean American yeast. Truly, summer in a glass. Beaver Island  4.5% Witbier
Crosby Pilsen Mash The name Crosby Pilsen Mash not only pays tribute to an iconic American band but also one of our hop growers (Crosby Hop Farm) brewed with a rare German heritagee barley and loaded with Czech hops. Beaver Island  7.5% Dopple Pils

Hoptronix Hoptronix 1-Ups the game with its eye-popping bitterness. Mosaic hops give this IPA a dark aroma, yet it finished smooth and crisp. New Holland  9.0% Double IPA
Pompeii This single-hop IPA offers a floral aroma and a truly complex “mosaic” of taste: dark citrus and pineapple flavors, with deep earthy undertones and a persistent bitterness in the finish. Toppling Goliath  5.5% IPA
Blood Orange IPA Four hop varieties and seven blood oranges ago, our founders brought forth in this brewery, a new beer, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that not all IPAs are created equal.
