Hopstar Twice dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, this Session IPA shines bright hop rays through a nebulous body of Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, and white wheat. Fulton 4.9% Session IPA 
Pompeii This single-hop IPA offers a floral aroma and a truly complex “mosaic” of taste: dark citrus and pineapple flavors, with deep earthy undertones and a persistent bitterness in the finish. Toppling Goliath  5.5% IPA

George Hunter Stout

George Hunter Stout is an American version of the style with aromas of molasses, licorice, maple, coffee and cream that are also echoed in the flavor. Just like the hearty Irishman that he was, George Hunter Stout is a big, roasty, full-bodied brew that will stand up to the cold winters of Minnesota.

Sommelier George  Stout Sommelier George has been aging in red and white wine barrels for six months. Aromas of raisins, dark fruit, red wine and dark roasted malts are echoed in the flavor along with hints of vanilla, oak, coffee and chocolate. Bomb!  Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on coffee, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chili peppers. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors. Prairie  13%  Imperial Stout
Imperial Russian Stout This addition to the Union Series features notes of black licorice, bitter chocolate, dark fruit, and mocha coffee, producing a full mouth feel and an assertive, dry and warming finish.  Summit  10.5%  Imperial Russian Stout
Mocha   Inspired by the coffee culture of the Pacifc Northwest, this sweet stout has an added chocolaty creaminess. The cacao nibs added to this beer bring a hint of chocolate.  Alaskan  10%  Milk Stout

War & Peace  Fulton War and Peace is a Russian Imperial Stout conditioned with whole bean PEACE COFFEE in the fermentation tank. It’s an epic work of beer, but unlike the novel, this beer is brief and fleeting, appearing just once a year in Winter.
